Request for a Deferral of Conditions of Approval and Quimby Agreement Amendment Relating to Public Park Dedication for Quartz Ranch Development


RECOMMENDED ACTION
  1. Review request from Lennar Homes of California, Inc. to temporarily defer public park dedication requirements in Planning Area 6B of the Quartz Ranch Development; and
  2. Provide feedback for City Council consideration.
