- Authorize the Public Works Director, or designee, to submit the required list of projects and accompanying resolution to the California Transportation Commission (CTC).

- Adopt a resolution declaring its intention for the levy and collection of assessments for the LMD No. 89-1-C for Fiscal Year 2023/2024 and setting the date of the Public Hearing for June 21, 2023.
