8.	CONSENT CALENDAR - NONE All matters on the Consent Calendar are to be approved in one motion unless a Commissioner requests a separate action on a specific item on the Consent Calendar. If an item is removed from the Consent Calendar, it will be discussed individually and acted upon separately.

PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS

9.1

Tentative Tract Map No. 38652 “Oak Hills West”

RECOMMENDED ACTION

Adopt a resolution adopting an Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) based on the findings incorporated in the Initial Study and the conclusion that the Project will not have a significant effect on the environment and direct staff to file a Notice of Determination; and
Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Tract Map No. 38652 (PLN23-0077) generally located north of the Ridgemoor Road and Boulder Crest Way intersection.

Tentative Tract Map No. 38525 “Menifee Coastline”

RECOMMENDED ACTION

Adopt a Resolution adopting an Initial Study & Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) based on the findings incorporated in the Initial Study and the conclusion that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and direct staff to file a Notice of Determination; and
Adopt a Resolution approving Tentative Tract Map No. 38525 (PLN23-0063) generally located northwest corner of the Coastline Avenue and Menifee Road intersection.
