  1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for the McCall Boulevard/Interstate 215 Interchange, Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Project No. 14-01.

RECOMMENDED ACTION
  1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Operating Agreement with Tri-Pointe Homes IE-SD, Inc. for partial assignment and assumption of Quimby credit in the amount of 2.82 acres to CRP/CWR River Walk Project, LLC for Tract Map No. 38219 “Riverwalk,” located north of Lazy Creek Road and west of Bradley Road.

  1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Public Improvement Agreements to guarantee the completion of required public improvements associated with Parcel Map No. 38324, Chick-fil-A restaurant, located west of Haun Road and south of New Hub Drive.

RECOMMENDED ACTION
  1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Public Improvement Agreements to guarantee the completion of required public improvements associated with Del Oro North Apartments, by Jefferson Menifee, LLC, located north of Holland Road and east of Hanover Lane.

Public Service Easement Vacation No. 22-003, Vacating Public Utility Easements within Tract No. 32628, Adler Ranch


RECOMMENDED ACTION
  1. Approve a resolution ordering the summary vacation of public utility easements, together with the right of ingress and egress, as previously dedicated on recorded Tract Map No. 32628, Adler Ranch, located south of Craig Avenue and east of Antelope Road; and
  2. Authorize the City Clerk to file the approved resolution and Notice of Vacation No. 22-003 (VAC22-003) with the Riverside County Recorder’s Office.

Notice of Completion and Acceptance for the Menifee Road Maintenance Services and E.L. Pete Peterson Park Parking Lot Projects


RECOMMENDED ACTION
  1. Accept the improvements for the road maintenance services along Menifee Road between Highway 74 and just south of Biscayne and parking lot resurfacing services for Capital Improvement Project (CIP) No. 23-18: E.L. Pete Peterson Park Parking Lot Project; and
  2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the Riverside County Recorder’s Office.
