9.1	Tentative Tract Map No. 38625 Salt Creek RECOMMENDED ACTION Continue item off calendar.

9.2

Garbani and Evans SB330 Subdivision

RECOMMENDED ACTION

Determine Tentative Tract Map No. 38766 (PLN23-0246) and Plot Plan No. PLN23-0247 does not require additional environmental analysis and is in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15183 (“Projects Consistent with a Community Plan or Zoning”) and direct staff to file a Notice of Exemption; and
Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Tract Map No. 38766 (PLN23-0246) and Plot Plan No. PLN23-0247 located at the northwest corner of Garbani Road and Evans Road.

Menifee West Coast Self-Storage

RECOMMENDED ACTION

Determine the project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to Section 15332 (“Infill Development”) and direct staff to file a Notice of Exemption; and
Adopt a resolution approving Plot Plan (PP) No. PLN23-0215, Conditional Use Permit (CUP) No. PLN23-0216, and Minor Exception No. PLN23-0218.
