All matters on the Consent Calendar are to be approved in one motion unless a Councilmember requests a separate action on a specific item on the Consent Calendar. - Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Integrated Pest Control Management, Inc. for facility pest control services in the amount of $6,528 for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2022/2023; and
- Authorize four automatic one-year renewals to the Professional Services Agreement, at a cost of $17,584 per year, at the City’s discretion, and contingent on availability of the corresponding budget.

RECOMMENDED ACTION
- Amend the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-2027 Five Year Capital Improvement Program to update FY 2022/2023 funding for the Menifee Road Widening (Garbani Road to Scott Road), CIP No. 23-12; and
- Approve the Transportation Uniform Mitigation Fee (TUMF) Program Reimbursement Agreement with WRCOG for the Menifee Road Widening project in an amount not-to-exceed $2,169,000; and
- Adopt a Budget Amendment Resolution appropriating $2,169,000 to Fund 310 in expenditures and corresponding revenues; and
- Authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to execute the Reimbursement Agreement with the WRCOG.
