- Adopt a budget amendment resolution appropriating $92,500 for the Project within the Grant Fund 2301.

RECOMMENDED ACTION
- Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a five-year agreement with Flock Safety for the purchase of 15 automated Flock Safety Condor Cameras with LTE service in an amount not-to exceed $236,250 through June 30, 2029; and
- Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to approve an optional two-year renewal term for Fiscal Years 2029/2030 and 2030/2031 in an amount not-to-exceed $45,000 per year; and
- Authorize the purchase of the Flock camera system as a sole source purchase of a specific brand name, make or model necessary to match existing city equipment or facilitate effective maintenance and support pursuant to Menifee Municipal Code Section 3.12.070(9); and
- Adopt a budget amendment resolution, appropriating expenditures of $56,250 in Fiscal Year 2024/25 operating budget for the purchase of Flock camera system as a capital outlay and annual subscription costs; and
- Approve an update to the current Capital Improvement Program, removing CIP No. 16-06: Park Surveillance Project as a capital project.

- Approve and authorize the purchase utilizing OMNIA Master Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement and Carahsoft Master Agreement No. pursuant to Menifee Municipal Code Section 3.12.070 (6); and
- Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all documents required for this purchase.

- Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all necessary documents related to this agreement.

- Authorize the City Manager to approve three optional one-year renewal purchase orders on the same terms with an annual increase not-to-exceed 10% per year for Fiscal Years 2025/26 through 2027/28; and
- Approve and authorize this purchase utilizing the OMNIA Master Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement and SHI Master Agreement No. 2018011-02 pursuant to Menifee Municipal Code Section 3.12.070 (6).
